Dashboard Overview

Set a manager PIN before the event — it's needed to undo a collection, unlock the prizes or reset.

Unlocks the lock screen and protects Reset event, undo collection and other sensitive actions. At least 6 characters.

Install EventPro as an app: it opens in its own window with its own icon, and opens even without internet.

Backup & Restore

EventPro backs this event up in the cloud automatically: every 5 minutes during check-in and prize collection, at every draw, and when Registration or Collection closes. Backups are kept until the event's data is deleted.

Saves a backup in the cloud and downloads a copy to this computer (your Downloads folder). The copy works without internet too.

Restore — roll the event back to a backup

Press Restore next to a saved backup above, or choose a backup file saved on this computer (its name has ONLINE in it). Everything is replaced on every device, and a Before Restore backup is saved first so it can be undone. Needs the manager PIN and the internet.

Columns used: Employee ID and Name (both required), Table No and Lucky Draw (optional). Any other columns are ignored. No Lucky Draw column means everyone is eligible.
